START HERE IF YOU HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE
No matter what your level of experience is, there’s something for you here. These links will get you started, but please call us with any questions. We would love to find the right program for you: 610.525.0272 ext. 110.
Perfect for beginners with some experience or students who have taken a Discovery Class, Foundations are survey classes that dive deeper into a particular medium and cover specific core skills. Think “Painting 101.” In a social and supportive environment, develop a strong base on which to grow your artistic practice. And where better to build that base than at an Art Center that routinely wins awards for high-quality instruction?
These core-courses never go out of style and are offered almost every session. Appealing to a range of levels--from those with some experience or who have completed Foundations classes, to the advanced artist--these classes meet weekly to explore a particular aspect of art-making in-depth in a supportive and encouraging classroom community. Many students take these classes session after session, deepening their knowledge while developing close relationships with their teachers and fellow students. Minimum enrollment needed to run these programs, so please register promptly.
Varying from one day workshops to multi-week classes, Special Topics are offered once or twice throughout the year and are perfect for learning a new technique, working with a new material, or exploring a specific process. Minimum enrollment needed to run these programs, so please register promptly.
